Vistara Awarded ‘Most Passenger Friendly Airline’ At Wings India 2018
India’s full-service carrier; Vistara has been awarded ‘Most Passenger Friendly Airline’ at the Wings India 2018 event.
At Pacific Area Travel Writers Association also, Vistara bagged another coveted award for ‘Best Airline – Service Standards’. It is the world’s leading travel and trade show.
In the jury, there are eminent members of the travel and hospitality industry, along with the travel writers and mystery auditors. These people unanimously applauded Vistara for its service standards.
This honorable award was given by KT Rama Rao (Cabinet Minister for IT, Industries, MA & UD, NRI Affairs) and RN Choubey (Civil Aviation Secretary, GOI) to Vistara at the Wings India 2018.
And K J Alphons (Union Minister of State for Tourism) presented the award at ITB Berlin.
The airline dedicated its award to the entire team including the cabin crew and other frontline staff. The airline’s first priority is its customers and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure millions of travelers.
