This month, Lufthansa India unveiled a brand new in-flight menu that has again been collaborated with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts and its Master Chef Vinod Saini. The new menu offers a selection of nutritious meal options that are based on innovative recipes. But, they are still using the traditional ingredients to bring out authentic Indian flavors. There is a majestic experience to focus on the royal kitchens of India at their signature fine dining restaurant Jamavar.
Passengers traveling on Lufthansa to/from India can order from delectable meal options offering a modern take on traditional Indian cuisine. The new in-flight menu meal services are featuring with exquisite dishes that have been created using freshest seasonal ingredients involving modern food techniques. The in-flight menu ensures that passengers have access to a healthier and exclusive dining experience.

The Menu’ Dishes & Sweets Includes:
- roasted chicken slices with sunflower seeds on a bed of carrots and honey sesame oil mint leaf or Lobia Sundal
- a raw mango salad as appetizer choices
- Martaban Gosht garnished with ginger julienne and chopped coriander
- Chandani Murgh Korma and Shalgam Gosht and more.
- Baked Rasgulla with caramel sauce
- Kasi Halwa
- Litchi Nariyal ki Kheer
Moreover, passengers can also make special requests for a diabetic, Jain or Kosher meal. Passengers with food allergies also have scrumptious options to choose from.
Lufthansa recently introduced Chaayos Masala Tea on flights to/from India effective May 2018. It is featured with high-quality natural ingredients, includes Assam tea, dried ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and cloves, with no added artificial flavors.
