United Airlines Debuting Limited-edition Travel Bags

With the launch of eco-friendly travel bag, United Airlines is back in the business.

With the help of the online United shop, the airline introduced a new limited edition collection of 100 travel bags. It is the third collection in a series by the carrier in recent years.

With this batch, the airline has provided the best to the passengers with 75 carry-on bags and 25 messenger bags.

United airline is also engaged in the process of recycling materials in a responsible manner for several years.

This new limited edition of United bags is made from banners that appeared at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport earlier this year.

It means that the heavy-duty canvas material is being used in the manufacture of the bags. It depends on you which one you get as the bags may also show parts of the Polaris lettering that were incorporated into the banners.

With the past editions of the limited edition travel bags, the airline also worked with Columbia College Chicago fashion students to create the bag designs.

Coming to the new carry-on bag, these are especially nifty because of the significant number of side pockets. Hence, these make it easy for the passengers to access stuff in flight.

This time the airline has teamed up with Seam Works Chicago to manufacture the bags. These bags are available for sale – priced at $149.99 for the carry-on and $124.99 for the messenger bag. All money will be gone to Envision Unlimited (a not-for-profit human services provider for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities).

So purchasing a new bag will contribute your share to a worthy charity.
