Qatar Airways has been awarded the ‘Best Up In The Air Experience’ award for the third consecutive year. Along with that, the airline also won the ‘Best Baggage Initative’ award too at the Future Travel Experience Global 2017 awards ceremony. It was held in Las Vegas.
The award for ‘Best Up In The Air Experience’ stands for the airline’s groundbreaking new Business Class seat i.e. Qsuite which has revolutionized the onboard Business Class experience.

Passengers can get the glimpse of sliding privacy doors that allow the friends and families to create a private room. Through this feature, you can work, dine or socialize together easily. Qsuite also features fully-flat beds, a do-not-disturb button, and generous storage space. After launching the Qsuite, Qatar Airways become the very first airline to offer a bed to the business class passengers.
Coming to the ‘Best Baggage Initative’ award, Qatar airlines receive this award on the behalf of its baggage management system i.e. HAQIBA. It was developed in-house to manage all the baggage related activities across the extensive global network of Qatar Airways. It will include end-to-end real-time tracking for passengers.
