I flew from Harrisburg to Orlando Sanford. I could not have been happier with the experience from use of app for boarding, to the airport and then the plane. It was my son’s first flight and he couldn’t have had a better time. Yes, you have to pay extra for baggage and seat selection (as you do with most airlines now), but with the low airfares, it is still cheaper! The staff and pilots were extraordinary. The A320 we flew home in was practically brand new (they are moving towards an all Air Bus fleet). Flights were on time, no delays – arrived at destinations early. Also rented car through Allegiant and all I needed was the app on my phone to pick up. Overall great experience and will fly Allegiant again.

We recently booked a flight that was delayed 7 hours due to mechanical issues. Some people were mad about this but I personally don’t have a problem with it. Get the plane safe. What I liked was the airline brought out complimentary soft drinks and water and handed out food vouchers. They did a great job of keeping everyone apprised of the situation with frequent updates.

It is an outstanding budget airline. And has great routes to and from Missouri and to all points east and west. On time flights with excellent in flight service.

Low cost carrier so is prepared to pay extra for everything. The customer service, however, is better than average.
